We accept returns for items that fit the following categories: Misprinted product, damaged product (excluding damages during delivery), and product that does not match the order (e.g., wrong product, design, size, or color.) To return an item that fits one of the above categories, for a refund, credit, or replacement, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery. In the event that an item needs to be returned, the product must be free of odor (e.g. pet odor, smoke odor etc.). Please attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider if issues occur with your mail carrier or postal service. Production and fulfillment of your merchandise typically takes about 2-7 business days before your order is shipped.
